High Cove

While searching the region for an appropriate piece of land, the core group explored nearly every large parcel on the market in 4 or 5 counties. This piece of land is an old apple orchard.
These winter hikes were chilly, but it was easiest to see the land when the leaves were off the trees.
Different parcels of land sometimes came with existing houses-- or other accommodations.
Realtors travel by different means in the mountains.

And we looked at a lot of land up in high mountain coves.

This small house had seen better days. The ground around it was sodden with water from the spring.
Sometimes we found ourselves traveling by realtor caravan.
